Pity it only works on a page - it would be interesting to have it run over the entire archive for a blog.

Oh but you can ... I think? Wordle.net has a box where you can "Enter the URL of any blog, blog feed, or any other web page that has an Atom or RSS feed" - I assume it means the whole blog.
If it only looks at the front pages, you might have to (temporarily) change your blog display to show all posts to get a true idea of just what your pet peeves/obsessions really are.
Unfortunately Wordle won't work for me - so I can only hypothesize.
